Got an Ecode certificate? Here's a quick way to read it.

1. File details

Check the file name and size. These help you find the right file later.

2. File fingerprint

The SHA-256 value is the fingerprint of the registered file. It lets you compare a saved file with the registration record.

3. Dates and status

Look at the registration date and the timestamp status. The registration date isn't the date you started writing the code.

4. Blockchain details

Check the network, transaction link, and confirmation status.

Our sample certificate uses Polygon Amoy and explicitly labels the blockchain record as test/demo mode. Check what your own certificate says.

The details matter more than a big β€œcompleted” label.

Ecode is free to use.
