🛠️ Built on the $150 Phone Constraint

Just like the rest of the HYNAWEB ecosystem, this portal and its AI integration were coded, tested, and deployed to Netlify entirely from my $150 Android phone using Termux. The constraint isn't a limitation; it's our superpower. It forces us to build lean, fast, and impactful tools.
