Open innovation was essential for building this tool. Because debugging runtime anomalies often requires analyzing sensitive internal logs and telemetry data, relying on a closed commercial API was completely off the table. Using open-weight models allowed me to run inference locally and customize the agent workflow specifically for this use case without privacy compromises.
