Show DEV: free 1–3 day city plans + group trip voting. What would stop you from signing up?

A few days ago I wrote here about how we built Wanloria from open data. This time I'm asking for something different: honest feedback.
What it is: https://wanloria.cloud/?utm_source=devto&utm_medium=community&utm_campaign=feedback
- 71 cities with verified places, "free things" lists and 1/2/3-day plans with visit times and walking distances (example: Seville in 2 days)
- Group trips: create a plan, invite friends with a link, everyone votes going / maybe / can't, with a shared chat and expenses
- Signposted hikes near cities with GPX downloads
- Spanish and English, free, no ads. You can browse everything without an account.
Where we are: zero real users so far, only friends and test accounts. Posting on brand-new social accounts last weekend brought 0 sign-ups, so I'd rather hear from people who build things.
My questions:
- Looking at the homepage for 10 seconds, would you create an account? If not, what's the first thing that stops you?
- Since the plans are fully usable without signing up, is there any reason left to register? Should the group feature be the main pitch?
- Is "group voting for a trip" clear in five seconds, or does it sound like yet another chat app?
Brutal feedback is welcome. I'll reply to every comment.
