Rain Dance AI: turn one or two portraits into a 15-second sunset video

I built Rain Dance AI, a photo-to-video side project that puts one or two people into a 15-second sunset-pier scene. You supply the portraits; the site supplies the setting and sequence. There is no prompt box. I kept the format fixed so the first decision is who appears in the story, rather than how to describe a scene.

Solo takes one photo for the singer and adds a fictional adult partner. Duet takes two: the opening singer first, then the person waiting on the pier. Those labels describe roles, not gender. Each upload should show one consenting adult, with a clear face and visible outfit: JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 10 MB. Both modes produce a vertical 9:16, 768p MP4. Paid orders use a delivery email instead of an account; the private order link lets you return to check progress, remaining uses and downloads.

The decision I want feedback on is the free four-second preview. It lets someone try their own photo before paying, but it only covers the opening. Preview and paid clips are generated separately, so the preview cannot promise the same face, clothing or movement in the final video. The playable example shows the full 15 seconds and its fictional-adult input portrait. I think both views are useful: a short personal preview answers a different question from watching an entire sample. Faces can drift, outfits can change, and a good opening frame does not establish consistency through the ending. The official recording is not included, and exact lip-sync is not guaranteed. Free previews are limited to one per browser workspace and one per network per day, subject to shared availability. The workspace allowance does not reset; the shared daily limit resets at midnight Asia/Shanghai. Allow about 15 minutes or longer.

Current USD packs are $9.90 for one video, $24.90 for three, and $49.90 for ten, with no subscription or expiry on unused videos. A confirmed technical failure restores the used allowance; dissatisfaction with a completed result is reviewed separately, without an automatic retry or refund. Uploaded photos are scheduled for deletion from our storage after seven days; interruptions can delay cleanup, and external processing has separate retention terms. Completed videos have no automatic expiry, and deletion can be requested through support. I still recommend downloading anything you want to keep.

Rain Dance AI is an independent project, unaffiliated with the artists behind the song. One UX question: what would you need beside a four-second preview to judge whether a separately generated 15-second video is worth buying?
