Need help recovering my GitHub account after losing 2FA access

Hi everyone,

I recently reinstalled Windows on my PC, and after that I lost access to the 2FA codes for my GitHub account.

The problem is that I no longer have:

GitHub 2FA recovery codes
A Personal Access Token (PAT)
My old SSH key
An old logged-in GitHub session/device
GitHub Mobile configured
A passkey or security key

I've already tried looking through an old secondary drive where I had some Git repositories. I even recovered deleted files from the drive using Windows File Recovery and found some old .git-related files, but unfortunately I haven't found a usable SSH key or PAT yet.

The GitHub account is important to me because it contains my projects and development history.

I'm looking for advice from anyone who has dealt with a similar GitHub 2FA/account recovery situation.

What legitimate recovery options should I try at this point?
And is there any useful information inside an old .git directory that could help demonstrate ownership of the account to GitHub Support?
