Microsoft Teams and several Microsoft 365 services are experiencing an ongoing outage, with users reporting problems accessing Teams, SharePoint, Excel and the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
At 11:11 a.m. ET on July 23, Downdetector recorded 2,403 reports, sharply above its normal baseline of 29.
SharePoint accounted for 78% of complaints, followed by Excel at 11% and the Admin Center at 6%.
Microsoft has acknowledged the disruption and says it is investigating. βWeβre investigating reports of issues with Microsoft 365 services,β the company said, directing administrators to incident MO1437424 in the Microsoft 365 admin center for additional information and future updates.
