Is finding a team of friendly engineers rare?
I don’t want to stereotype all devs, but a lot of them seem to have difficult personalities. Things I’ve noticed are smugness/arrogance/elitism, gatekeeping/knowledge hoarding, favoritism/cliques, ostracism and mobbing.
