I'm obsessed about having a clean codebase, that even AI doesn't help me that much.

I think I've always had this problem. I'll work on a project, and the initial goal is "OK, lets build an MVP", but then as I'm building it, I can see things are starting to look messy, so I'll spend a day or two refactor
