I photographed a broken clip. Claude printed a new one

A colleague brought me an ancient shower head holder that had broken, and nobody sells it any more. I'm bad at CAD, so I gave it to Claude.

It told me how to photograph the part, drove Fusion 360, wrote the 3MF and sliced it for my Bambu Lab H2C. The first attempt failed. The second traced the photos, and three control measurements on the real part fixed the scale. Two prints later it fit. My colleague gets it on Tuesday.

The full post has:

  • the photo rules Claude gave me
  • the three control measurements and their numbers
  • the slicer command line, and the error that stopped it
