I designed my personal portfolio to look like a real dev studio - roast it

I recently rebuilt my personal portfolio, but instead of the usual single-page CV format, I framed it as if it were a real web development studio ("DevLynx"). The idea was to push myself to design and build a full product experience: branding, structure, animations, the works, rather than just a list of projects.

Stack: Next.js 16, Tailwind CSS v4, Framer Motion

Some of what's in there:

• A cinematic scroll system with directional card reveals and scan-line transitions between sections
• A sticky full-page slide effect powered by Lenis smooth scroll
• A glitch-text hero loading sequence
• A floating vertical navbar on desktop that fades based on scroll position

I'd love feedback from this community on a few things specifically:

1. Does the "studio" framing land, or does it feel like it's trying too hard to look like a real company?
2. Any UX friction you hit, especially on mobile
3. Performance - I've been optimizing images and JS but always curious what a fresh set of eyes catches
4. Anything that reads as generic/templated vs. distinctive
