I built HARBOR CARGO to ship project ZIPs to GitHub from a browser

I build a lot of projects from my phone, and one thing that kept
annoying me was getting a project ZIP into GitHub.

So I built HARBOR CARGO.

It's a browser-based, mobile-first tool that lets you:

• Create a new GitHub repository from a project
• Update an existing repository
• Compare files before updating
• Choose which files to add, replace, or delete

The idea is simple:

Project ZIP → HARBOR CARGO → GitHub

I built it mainly for my own workflow, but I decided to make it
available for other developers who might have the same problem.

I'd really like some honest feedback.

What would you change?
What part of this workflow is still annoying?
Would you actually use something like this?
