I didn't start NullCry with a team.

I didn't have investors.

I didn't have a big marketing budget.

I had an idea, a browser, and a lot of time.

I wanted to build something I would actually use as a developer:

An AI tool that works with the project itself, not just isolated pieces of code.

So I built NullCry.

Today it can work across multiple files, continue existing projects, make cross-file changes, fix problems, and generate complete projects.

The interesting part?

I'm still building it independently.

No big company behind it.
No huge team.
No millions in funding.

Just one developer trying to see how far the idea can go.

Maybe it will succeed.
Maybe it won't.

But I think independent developers should build ambitious things anyway.

So I'm putting NullCry in front of the developer community.

If you were building this from zero, what would you change first?
