I built an AI Copilot for Technical Support πŸš€

The problem I kept seeing was simple:

Support engineers spend too much time searching PDFs, documentation, and internal wikis while customers wait.

So I built a tool that can:

βœ… Listen to live conversations
βœ… Transcribe speech in real time
βœ… Search company SOPs and documentation
βœ… Suggest context-aware AI replies
βœ… Guide agents through troubleshooting steps

The goal isn't to replace support agentsβ€”it's to help them resolve issues faster and more consistently.

Building it taught me a lot about AI retrieval, prompt engineering, real-time workflows, and designing products around actual support processes rather than generic chatbots.

I'd love feedback from developers:

β€’ What integrations would you expect?
β€’ What would stop you from adopting a tool like this?
β€’ What feature would make it indispensable?

Looking forward to your thoughts! πŸ™Œ
