I Built a Free Event Badge & Name Tag Generator (Because Badgeville Costs Money)
Stop paying for name tags when you just need to print a few badges for your next conference or meetup.
I was tired of subscription services like Badgeville — charging for what is essentially a templated name tag builder. And every time I designed a badge, my event data went to their servers. For a tool that should take 5 minutes, that's ridiculous.
So I built something better.
Event Badge & Name Tag Generator runs 100% in your browser.
What you get:
- 2 beautiful badge styles: Classic Name Tag and Event Badge
- Live preview as you type — see it before you download
- One-click PDF export — print-ready, multiple badges per page
- Customize name, title, company, and event
- Works offline after first load
- No signup required
- Your data never leaves your browser
The free tool lets you create and export name tags right now. No watermarks, no paywalls, no tricks.
vs Badgeville: Subscription pricing for name tags in 2026? This is free.
Built for conference organizers, event planners, and anyone tired of subscription traps.
