How I Registered Trifecta Checker for AgentX Riyadh from My iPhone - Team of 3 Challenge
My PC is dead. Blue screen + RAM failure. I'm building everything from an iPhone and iPad in Jeddah.
And yesterday I registered for AgentX Riyadh - the biggest AI hackathon in Saudi Arabia (MCIT + The Garage + Zid).
The catch? Team of 3-5 mandatory. I had 0.
Here's how I did it in 1 hour from my phone.

All other hackathons I joined allowed solo:

Concordium Trusted Agents: Solo → Token 1000, 12 screenshots Workshop 2
Vultr Agent Rush: Solo → $200 credit
Lablab: Solo → Project Accepted
AgentX: 3-5 members, ID, phone, CV each. No solo.
I posted in their contact form: "Can I join solo? Project Live + Patent #69521324 + Top 2.3% AMD"
While waiting for reply, I didn't wait.

What I Learned
Government hackathons want teams for a reason - They want real startups going to Riyadh stage, not solo online projects. Respect it.
Your network is your team - You don't need 3 AI experts. You need 3 committed people. My wife works at National Center for Meteorology - perfect data background for fraud detection!
CVs can be generated in seconds - I built a Python script on my iPad that creates polished PDFs. No need for Canva or Word.
