I've started out programming as a teen who just wanted to create scripts that would
do cool and useful stuff. Throughout some time I was learning web dev and making personal side projects. The time was passing and I was getting better at coding. But one day and after that more and more often I started getting burned out, I could not program anything, I did not feel the fire of it. Some time has passed and when I thought I was recovered and excited about stuff again I've hit one more burnout and some time later hit it once again.
And now I'm sitting here and thinking how to escape my current burnout.
Would be glad to hear other experience in such situations.
P.S. I suppose my burnouts were caused by just not having concrete goals, my whole goal was to build things for myself or get a job (though getting a job did not excite me that much, just because I probably will not find purpose in doing for something I don't see potential in, at least on an average job).
P.P.S. When AI started to do really well in coding, the situation has worsened as I did not enjoy "AI coding" that much.
