Trailer on dock three since 08:00, two free hours in the contract, $85 after that — and someone still has to reconcile the carrier invoice on Friday. Containers in the yard with free days that are not the same as trailer free hours. The math is simple; the spreadsheet usually is not.

1.1
Real contracts rarely stay flat after free time. 1.1 adds a second paid band, appointment-based free clocks for early trucks, location rollups, and CSV import so dock clerks are not retyping the whole gate log.
Honest limits
Not a TMS and not legal advice on FMC free time or rail demurrage tariffs. Enter gate times yourself; confirm free time and rates against the contract.
