I've recently explored article from "felixrieseberg" executive manager at anthropic , At the start of the post he begin with "This post is my best advice for junior engineers, though “junior” is the wrong word. It’s really for engineers without social capital, status, or power."- fell for it 👾👾

I've started to read further on his article , and i discovered lot of things, they are

1.A radical idea and a Business value - we need to bring some value , that eventually increase company's profit margin, it all create perfect value , rather than a perfect program.

2.Prototype a good idea and built it over weekend - rather than dumping 60 ideas into one product , built a clear product with 5 good features , use it as new fresher perspective for a better understanding.

So people are already started to looking for a project that exhibit taste, empathy, and principled thinking.
