I kept needing the same thing during Laravel and TypeScript work:

paste some API JSON, get a clean Laravel array, a TypeScript interface, a PHP DTO, or CSV — without sending that payload to a random website.

So I built it into KeptTools.

What it does

The JSON Converter turns JSON into:

  • a Laravel PHP array
  • a TypeScript interface
  • a PHP DTO class
  • CSV

Everything runs in the browser. Nothing is uploaded.

Quick example

Input:

[
  {"id": 1, "name": "Ada", "role": "engineer"},
  {"id": 2, "name": "Linus", "role": "founder"}
]

Laravel output starts like this:

[
    [
        'id' => 1,
        'name' => 'Ada',
        'role' => 'engineer',
    ],
    ...
]

Why I built it this way

Most converters are fine until the JSON is private.

API responses, tokens nearby, client data — I did not want that leaving my machine. KeptTools keeps the conversion on the page.

Try it

There are 23 tools in total: JSON formatter, SQL formatter, JWT decoder, Base64, image tools, and more.

Question for you

Which output do you need most in day-to-day work?

  • Laravel array
  • TypeScript interface
  • PHP DTO
  • CSV
