Over the past few months, I set out to solve a massive operational headache plaguing modern fitness centers: manual attendance registers, revenue leakage, and disconnected member tracking.
Most traditional gyms still rely on paper logs or clunky desktop software. When memberships expire, 15% to 25% of members continue working out undetected, front desks struggle with payment follow-ups, and athletes have no unified way to track progressive overload.
To solve this, I designed and built PROFIT Training Club β an all-in-one cloud gym management SaaS platform and high-performance athletic training portal.

- Biometric QR Turnstiles: Members scan a dynamic, rotating QR code from their mobile dashboard to unlock physical gym turnstiles. Prevents proxy entries and unauthorized workouts.
- Automated WhatsApp Billing: Instant GST-compliant invoices and automated renewal alerts sent 7, 3, and 1 day before membership expiry.
- Trainer & Telemetry Hub: Certified strength coaches can assign periodized workout splits, track 1RM percentages, and monitor client progression in real time.
- Multi-Location Cloud CRM: Real-time club check-in heatmaps, membership tier distribution, and churn risk predictions.
