Automation 9/30+: Put an AI agent inside GitHub Issues

If your tracker already lives in GitHub, this is the easiest one in the whole series to install.
What it does
- Add your "analyze" label to an issue → the AI posts a breakdown grounded in the repo it's sitting in
- Comment back → it answers in the thread and settles the scope
- Swap to your "build" label → it opens a pull request
- No relay, no webhook, no extra token — it runs on native GitHub Actions triggers only
What it does not do
It never relabels, never closes issues, never merges its own pull request.
Honest note: beta — built and smoke-tested. It's also the simplest recipe here, so it's the best one to try first.
Setup
clone → ./setup.sh → pick GitHub Issues → answer a few questions
~5 minutes. No server, no database, free.

This is one of 30+ automations in the series — the full write-up lives on my site.
