AliceLabs is open for agent-native funding — live x402 revenue rails, 4 public treasuries

AliceLabs builds agent-native infrastructure. Today we're doing something unusual: opening direct agent-native funding — no token sale, no equity instruments, no promises — just publicly verifiable treasuries and a live product that already settles payments on-chain.

What's live right now

UTA Trust API — the missing trust layer between "an agent discovers a service" and "an agent pays it":

• POST https://uta-trust-api.eddyflores100.workers.dev/v1/trust/verify → 402 with payment requirements on Base Mainnet (real USDC) and Base Sepolia
• The buyer signs one EIP-3009 transferWithAuthorization (gasless) → the production facilitator (PayAI on mainnet) settles on-chain → the API returns the verification verdict plus the settlement receipt header
• Fail-closed by design: no settlement, no 200 — ever
• Agent Trust Cards are Ed25519-signed with JCS canonicalization, pinned to published trust anchors; 14/14 public conformance vectors at /uta/conformance

Evidence, all public: AgentGrade scan A+ (98%), 7 real on-chain settlements executed end-to-end by our own buyer agent (receipts on-chain), OpenAPI, MCP endpoint, llms.txt, Bazaar discovery declarations, 100% Cloudflare Workers. Reference kit: universal-trust-adapter on GitHub (Apache-2.0).

Honest disclosure: this is direct funding of an operating project. There is no token, no equity, and nothing promised in return beyond public product progress and on-chain transparency. Revenue today is x402 per-call fees ($0.01/verify on mainnet); all prior development ran on testnet and is disclosed as testnet.

What funding accelerates

1. Distribution: MCP registry listings, x402scan (mainnet-only, now unlocked for us), PayAI Bazaar indexing (one real settlement triggers it), Pay.sh directory
2. Product: accept-side verification for agent callers, batch pricing tiers, more trust anchors, Rekor timestamp anchoring
