I build complete web applications from AI chatbots and SaaS platforms to payment systems, marketplaces, and developer tools. Here are my six flagship projects and what I've learned building them.

Hi, I'm Muhammad Anza Muneeb Khan - a Full-Stack Developer from Lahore, Pakistan. I build complete web applications: the part you see and click, the part that runs behind the scenes, and the database that stores everything.

I don't just build one piece and stop. I build the whole system - from the first screen a user opens, all the way to the server and the database underneath.

What I Actually Do

Most people split developers into two groups: frontend (what you see) and backend (what runs behind the scenes). I work on both.

I use React and Next.js for the frontend, Node.js with Express and NestJS for the backend, and MongoDB or PostgreSQL for the database. Everything is written in TypeScript, which helps me catch mistakes before they reach users.

I've also added AI into real products not just demo projects, but features that actually work inside live apps. For example, in one of my projects, the AI helps match blood donors with patients. In another, AI reads a company's own documents and answers customer questions automatically.

Six Flagship Projects

These six projects are the strongest work I've done. Each one solves a real problem, not just a tutorial exercise.

  1. Chatio by Anza - Custom AI Chatbot Platform

Chatio lets a business upload its own documents, and the AI answers customer questions based on that information. You can embed the chatbot into any website. It's built as a full platform, not just a chat window.

Why it matters: Small businesses can't build AI infrastructure from scratch. Chatio gives them a ready-made system.

  1. GharYahan - Rental Marketplace for Pakistan

GharYahan connects landlords directly with tenants. No brokers, no commissions, no fake listings. It's designed around the way people actually search for homes in Pakistan by neighborhood, not by city.

Why it matters: Renting in Pakistan is full of middlemen and unclear information. GharYahan fixes that.

  1. PakPayment - Direct Payment Infrastructure

PakPayment is a payment system built for Pakistani merchants. Instead of routing money through a middle company, it lets customers pay merchants directly while the platform handles the technical side payment links, QR codes, verification, and store integration.

Why it matters: Small merchants face high fees and delayed payouts. PakPayment explores a simpler model.

  1. CityRock POS - Cloud Point-of-Sale System

CityRock POS is a full retail management system for physical stores. It handles sales, inventory, multiple branches, staff, customers, suppliers, receipts, and reports - all in one place.

Why it matters: Most POS systems only handle checkout. CityRock handles the whole business.

  1. Unity Drop - AI-Powered Blood Donation System

Unity Drop is my Final Year Project. It connects blood donors with patients who need blood urgently. The AI scores how well a donor matches a patient based on real data - blood type, location, availability, and medical eligibility.

Why it matters: When someone needs blood urgently, every minute counts. Unity Drop speeds up the match.

  1. EnvGuard - Developer Tool for Environment Tracking

EnvGuard is a free, open-source tool for development teams. It tracks changes to environment variables (the secret settings apps need to run) so teams can see who changed what, when, and whether it was safe. It never stores the actual secret values - just the fact that a change happened.

Why it matters: Teams lose hours every week to "why did this break on my machine?" EnvGuard answers that question.

Other Projects

Apart from these six, I've built and shipped many smaller projects across freelance work and personal experiments. I don't make every project live, but I always publish the code on my GitHub so anyone can read it, learn from it, or reuse it.

If you want to see all my work - live demos, code, and experiments - my GitHub is the best place to start.

What These Projects Have in Common

Each of these six projects started with a real problem - not a tutorial. Some are for businesses, some are for developers, some are for society. But they all follow the same rule:

Find a real problem, design the system around it, and build the complete solution.

My Toolbox

Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS

Backend: Node.js, Express, NestJS

Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Supabase

AI: Google Gemini, Groq, LangChain, RAG

Cloud and DevOps: Docker, GitHub Actions, Vercel, Render, Railway, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, AWS, Azure

Security: JWT, OTP, RBAC, HMAC, RLS, SSRF protection

Beyond Code

I'm also a tech content creator. On YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, I explain programming and AI topics in simple language for people who are learning to build real software. Teaching has made me a better engineer - it forces me to explain things clearly, which makes my code cleaner too.
