So I built AI Tool Navs — a curated directory where every tool has a real mini-review from actual usage, not just a copy-pasted description.
Organized by actual use cases: Writers & Content, Developers & Code, Designers & Creatives, Marketing & SEO, Productivity & Business.
Biggest lesson: most AI tools are just ChatGPT/Claude API wrappers with a different UI. Maybe 10-12 out of 39 actually build meaningful proprietary tech on top of the LLMs.
